You agree to these Purchase Terms when you order anything from the platform or accept an offer from us. We can only deviate from these Purchase Terms if we agree to it in writing.
Products displayed on the platform are subject to availability. Although our platform is designed to reflect stock availability, a product displayed on the platform may no longer be available. Different image acquisition and display technologies may result in minor differences in color and other variations in products. Cardly is not liable for these variations and deviations. Typing errors, product descriptions, or manifest errors on the platform do not give rise to any rights.
You promise that the information you give us in the request or order is precise and complete.
Your order represents an offer to purchase the products listed in it, regardless of the type of products. All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to verify orders in advance and refuse to accept them without providing reasons and without any liability to you. Your order will be refused if we do not confirm acceptance within 3 working days.
At our discretion, we may decline your order. Instances of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
In the event that we do not accept (part of) your order, we shall be entitled to cancel (part of) your order without incurring any liability towards you. Following the cancellation, we will, of course, provide you with a refund for the amount paid to us under the canceled (part of the) order.
Cardly will retain ownership of the products until the payment of all owed amounts under any agreement, including costs and deliveries, is made in full. You are prohibited from selling, disposing of, or encumbering any product until the full title has passed to you.
The stated prices exclude shipping charges. Prices are quoted in Indian rupees (INR). Cardly has the authority to make price changes prior to an order placed by you. Any special offers or discounts can be changed, limited, or terminated by us at any time.
Where we elect or are required by applicable law to issue or make available an invoice, we retain the right to issue or make electronic invoices available, and you consent to this form of invoicing.
We will deliver to the address you specified within India, but only to a home or office address. If a delivery attempt fails, you acknowledge that the carrier we hired may deliver the products to a neighboring address, after which Cardly is considered to have met its obligation to deliver the products. The carrier will notify you of the delivery to the neighboring address. Orders will be shipped on business days as long as it is not a public holiday in the region where our warehouse is situated. Take into account all public holidays, including national and/or regional holidays in your country of residence and in the relevant state, area, or city in India. Delivery will occur during business days, with the exception of public holidays in your country. Please take note that public holidays may vary depending on your country and year.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the platform.
We make efforts to ensure that the information on the platform is complete, accurate, and current, but this may not always be the case. It is important to note that we are not obligated to keep or update any of this information. You should not rely on any such information, and any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

If you give us information about yourself that is false or inaccurate, or if we suspect it to be false, we retain the right to suspend or terminate any account you establish, decline to provide you with services on the Platform, and/or refuse any or all current or future use of the Platform or any portion thereof.
Before accessing certain pages on the platform, you may have to register or obtain a login ID and password. You acknowledge and agree that you are accountable for keeping your login ID and password confidential and for all uses of your login ID, password, and/or account, whether authorized by you or not. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your login ID, password, or account, or any other breach of security involving access to the platform through your account. You acknowledge that you may be held liable for any loss or harm incurred by us or any other person or entity due to someone else using your login ID, password, or account.
Cardly does not guarantee that the functions contained in the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. We may suspend, pull, discontinue, or change all or any part of the platform without notice.
Cardly cannot be held accountable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under the Cardly terms and conditions when the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond Cardly's reasonable control.
